the staff were responsive to requests. the room provided adequate space for luggage and movement. the hotel's location near the mtr station simplified commuting around the area. i found multiple dining options nearby, offering convenient choices for meals.
the pillows had a noticeable, stale odor upon arrival. the bedding quality was not the typical international 4-star hotel standard.

the room offered ample space and a dedicated area for work, which i appreciated. i found the bathroom functional. the location was convenient for accessing quarry bay offices, i noted. plus, the mtr station was only a short walk, about 100 meters.
the wifi signal was quite weak at times, i noticed.

the mtr station is nearby. local shops, including a starbucks and pret, are conveniently across the road. i had a refurbished harbour view room and enjoyed the nightly happy hour at the bar. the staff were helpful at reception.
the room service ended quite early. there weren't many plugs near the bed.

airport bus foam pillows
the airport express bus stop is directly in front of the hotel. the mtr station is a short walk away. the cleaning staff replaced my pillows quickly with the rubber foam ones i wanted.
the pillows and bedsheets had a slight sweat smell when i checked in.

the room had no carpet. that was great for me. i also appreciated the friendly door staff, they were always helpful.
